Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: Call every 6-7 weeks
Call required: Call Coverage in the hospital 6 nights per month with weekend call occurring every 6-7 weeks
Holiday Expectations: Considered part of weekend/call rotation
Floating Requirements: Floating from the clinic to the hospital.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS))
