What will you be doing!
What we are looking for:
Education
Completed apprenticeship or equivalent as a Heat & Frost Insulator.
Experience
Experience performing insulating work in an industrial or plant environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Demonstrated knowledge of insulation materials, applications, and installation methods.
Skilled in understanding piping systems, heat transfer properties, and plant systems.
Knowledge of safety practices, including working with hazardous materials such as asbestos.
Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to fabricate metal coverings and perform layout work.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in installation work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat''s "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security."
