Join a high-energy apparel warehouse team where your skills make a real impact. We’re looking for a Heat Press Operator to be part of a specialized production team bringing custom t-shirts to life. If you’ve worked with machines and have an eye for detail, this role offers a fast-paced environment where precision matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heat press machines to apply graphics, logos, numbers, and text to t-shirts
- Review work orders to ensure correct placement, size, and design accuracy
- Adjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and timing based on fabric type
- Align garments and transfer materials precisely before pressing
- Inspect finished t-shirts to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain equipment and report any technical issues
- Keep workstation clean and organized while following safety protocols
- Support general production tasks as needed (folding, tagging, packaging)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience using heat press equipment or operating machinery required
- Familiarity with warehouse or production workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders accurately
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Reliable, focused, and able to meet production timelines
