Utah Community Action is looking for a HEAT Program Coordinator to help lead our utility assistance programs and ensure individuals and families have access to critical resources when they need them most.What You'll DoYou'll partner with the HEAT Manager to execute and implement HEAT, Crisis, HELP, and other utility-focused programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Utah Community Action requirements. You'll monitor program reports, support program management, and help drive successful grant outcomes.As a people leader, you'll hire, train, mentor, coach, supervise, and develop staff, potentially overseeing up to 20 direct reports.
