* Operate shrink tubing machines according to clearly defined procedures and processes
* Change over line from one job to the next
* Setup and determine process parameters to effectively produce quality products
* Read and interpret manufacturing and specification notes
* Ensure product runs within specifications
* Perform assigned job functions in a manner that meets or exceeds specified quality standards and required productivity metrics for job assigned.
* Maintain equipment, materials and work area in a neat and orderly manner
* Other duties as assigned
Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Heat Shrink Technician. (helpful, but not required):
* HS Diploma or GED.
* Prior manufacturing experience.
* Willingness to learn.
