Pay: $30-$42/hour (Includes Shift Differential | Based on Experience)

Schedule: AWS Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

Full-Time | Overtime Available

Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) is looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician with strong PLC, electrical, controls, automation, and heat treat experience. You'll troubleshoot and maintain critical manufacturing equipment while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled and automated equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, controls, and automation issues
• Troubleshoot and maintain heat treat furnaces, ovens, burners, and related equipment
• Diagnose temperature controls, thermocouples, heating systems, and furnace controls
• Work with motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, HMIs, and industrial controls
• Read electrical schematics, control circuits, and ladder logic
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime
• Complete work orders and document repairs in CMMS
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

What You Need

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
• Advanced electrical and controls knowledge
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control circuits
• Experience with motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and automation equipment
• Manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe work practices

Preferred Experience

• Heat treat equipment, industrial furnaces, ovens, burners, or combustion systems
• Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms
• HMI troubleshooting
• Industrial networking and communications
• Robotics and automation systems
• Previous lead or senior maintenance experience
