Heat Treat Feeder 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Heat Treat Feeder to join our client’s team in West Union, SC. This position is responsible for loading parts into the heat-treat process, performing quality checks, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety and environmental requirements.Responsibilities

• Load parts onto the hearth of the shaker furnace and conveyor belt in the proper orientation.
• Inspect parts for flatness and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and correctly.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations related to safety and environmental requirements.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed to support production.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or SC WorkKeys certification will be considered.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Requires continuous sitting during portions of the workday.
• Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment, with temperatures potentially exceeding 125°F.
• Must be able to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
