Heat Welding Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Heat Welding Operator to join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Wadsworth, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating Radio Frequency (RF) and heat welding machines to assemble fabrics and plastics
• Reading and following drawings, work instructions, and technical documents
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and compliance requirements
• Recording and documenting work orders, cut records, and material record cards accurately
• Communicating with production and supervisory staff regarding equipment needs or production issues
• Helping keep production moving by adapting to changing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience with RF or heat welding equipment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
• Basic math, reading, and spelling skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Must meet client screening requirements, including background check, drug screen, and work authorization requirements

Location: Wadsworth, OH (near Medina)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr
