About the Job:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Technician with prior hands-on experience. This position is ideal for someone who already possesses a background in HVAC and is ready to further enhance their expertise while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
•  Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related ductwork with minimal supervision
• \n
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• \n
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and proactively address potential concerns
• \n
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues using troubleshooting techniques
• \n
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and industry standards during all phases of work
• \n
• Communicate clearly with customers and clients, providing detailed explanations of issues identified, recommended solutions, and completed work
• \n

Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• Must have minimum 2 years of practical, hands-on experience working with HVAC systems
• \n
• Proficient understanding of HVAC equipment, advanced tools, and safety standards
• \n
• EPA Section 608 Certification required, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
• \n
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• \n
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record
• \n
• Completion of a technical school program or associate degree in HVAC strongly preferred but not required
• \n
