What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems — AC, heat, air handlers, and more
Perform seasonal tune-ups, maintenance visits, and system inspections
Walk homeowners through their options using a clear Good/Better/Best approach — no pressure, just trust
Represent Mr. Handyman on every call with professionalism, a clean uniform, and a marked van
Cross-service homeowners by spotting opportunities for plumbing, handyman, or bath needs
Complete job documentation through our ServiceTitan mobile app
Build long-term relationships with customers in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville & Nashville
What you bring
EPA 608 certification (required)
2+ years HVAC service experience
Clean driving record
Able to pass background check
Strong communication skills — you'll talk to real homeowners daily
Self-starter attitude — you own your day
Bonus points
NATE certification
Experience with Trane, Carrier, Lennox, or Bryant systems
Comfort with presenting options & financing conversations
ServiceTitan or field tech app experience
