THE ROLEAs our Heating & Plumbing Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose and resolve plumbing and residential heating issues across assigned properties. You will manage service needs from initial assessment through repair, testing, documentation, and closeout while working with a high degree of independence. You will identify required parts and materials early, verify that completed repairs operate properly, and determine when an issue can be handled within your scope versus when licensed or specialized support is required.
