Role Snapshot
- Maintain and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Pinpoint issues through diagnostics and deliver effective, lasting solutions.
- Install new HVAC units; commission, calibrate, and verify performance.
- Educate clients on findings, options, and best practices to extend system life.
- Document service calls, parts used, and work performed with precision.
- Work safely—adhere to codes, company policies, and jobsite protocols.
- Stay current on tools, trends, and advancements across HVAC technology.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC schooling preferred.
- Active HVAC technician license and applicable certifications.
- Track record in HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC components, tools, and test equipment.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently in the field and collaborate with peers.
- Strong communicator with a service-oriented approach.
- Willing to support flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.
