What You'll Do as a Heavy Assembler:- Assemble and install complex heavy equipment according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate hand tools, lifting devices, and material handling equipment
- Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
- Maintain equipment and complete required quality and safety checks
- Identify assembly issues and communicate improvements to supervisors or engineering
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and compliance requirements
- Complete additional tasks, projects, and assignments as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Heavy Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and assist with heavier team lifts
- Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or cranes
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
