Express Employment Professionals is hiring a skilled heavy equipment professional for a local team in Walla Walla. Picture your day starting with walk‑arounds and safety checks, then moving from precise trenching with an excavator to pushing and grading with a bulldozer, and jumping on a backhoe when the crew needs a hand. You keep people safe, projects on track, and machines running smoothly.

What you will do

• Run excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Complete routine inspections and light maintenance to keep equipment in top working order.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and site rules to protect yourself and the crew.
• Coordinate with team members to hit schedule and budget targets.
• Immediately flag equipment issues or potential hazards to your supervisor.
• Support site prep, grading, and cleanup tasks as needed.
• Document equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities thoroughly.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in construction or industrial environments.
• Direct experience operating bulldozers and excavators.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant heavy equipment operator certifications.
• Solid knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a crew.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Physical endurance with the ability to work outdoors in changing weather.
