Title: Estimator (Heavy Civil – Water Projects)
Location: Sacramento, CA (or regional office)

About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in water infrastructure to support preconstruction efforts on complex public works projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for water/wastewater projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs (concrete, pipeline, structures)
• Analyze plans, specs, and bid documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Support bid strategy and risk analysis

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
• Strong experience with water projects, including pipelines and concrete structures
• Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
