FieldBridge Energy seeks a Novasota, TX-based Forklift Operator to work for one of the world's largest oilfield equipment manufacturing companies. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: Starting at $18/hr. Night Shift, 6PM to 6AM, normal schedule is Monday to Friday. This can change to Monday to Saturday depending on customer demand. Weekends may be required based on workload. At 50 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $990 gross.

We're seeking a dependable, safety-focused Heavy Duty Forklift Operator to support production and logistics operations. Responsibilities include operating large forklifts to move heavy drill pipe and materials, loading/unloading trucks, staging materials for production, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:
-Operate large forklifts to transport heavy drill pipe and related materials across the facility
- Load and unload trucks safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with all safety and environmental regulations
- Stage and deliver materials to production lines to maintain a steady workflow
- Perform accurate and timely inventory and material movement transactions using internal systems
- Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance of equipment
- Work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions effectivelyQualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and work in varied weather conditions
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comply with all Safety, Quality, and HSE procedures
- Ability to work various shifts as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proven experience operating large forklifts or heavy equipment (experience with tubular materials a plus)
- Background in material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Basic computer literacy; ERP or inventory system experience desirable
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
- Flexibility to work 12-hour day or night shifts
