Territory Service Sales Representative – OK Market
Pay: $70,000–$115,000 per year + competitive Monthly Commission
Locations Supported: Oklahoma City, OK/Ponca City, OK /Weatherford, OK SERVICE CENTERS

FleetPride—the nation’s leader in heavy‑duty aftermarket solutions—is looking for a driven Territory Service Sales Representative to support our Class A Service division (not our parts division) and grow our customer base across the Atlanta Metro area.

This is a full‑time salaried role with monthly bonuses, weekly pay, incredible benefits starting on DAY ONE, and a clear path for career advancement.

What You’ll Do:
As a Territory Service Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted partner for our largest revenue‑generating customers. Your mission is to maximize retention, uncover repair opportunities, and grow account relationships while delivering a world‑class customer experience.

You will:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying service and repair opportunities with core and prospective customers.
  • Build long‑term, consultative relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with FleetPride’s capabilities.
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and growth milestones.
  • Prospect and onboard new customers into the FleetPride network.
  • Analyze customer data to guide strategic discussions and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with service center leadership on strategy, performance, and customer retention.

What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone passionate about the heavy‑duty industry and skilled at building trust with customers.
You’ll be successful here if you have:
  • Prior experience in Heavy Duty Class A Service (REQUIRED).
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in the HD service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Professionalism, strong communication, and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems & basic MS Office skills.
  • Power BI familiarity (preferred).
