Description
Heavy-Duty Trailer Systems Technician — Lenexa, KS
A day in the shop
Morning starts with a work order on a semi trailer due back on the road by afternoon. You trace a brake issue, check lighting circuits, and look over the suspension for wear. Before lunch, you complete a safety inspection and note a few upgrades the customer should consider. You log every step you take, collaborate with a teammate on a hydraulic concern, and wrap up the day sharing clear, friendly updates with the client. Throughout it all, you lean on your technical know-how and pride in quality workmanship—values our Lenexa facility lives by.
What you’ll handle
Service and repair semi trailers—brakes, lighting, and suspension systems included.
Pinpoint mechanical concerns and apply effective fixes to restore performance.

Document all work performed with precise, organized records.
