What you’ll do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel and heavy equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximize uptime
  • Repair hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, drivetrain, and mechanical systems
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals to pinpoint issues
  • Complete repair documentation and detailed service reports
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel repair experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Experience using diagnostic software (preferred)
  • Self-motivation with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and overtime as needed
