A day in the life
At Express, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping heavy equipment, trucks, and plant machinery running safely and smoothly. Your day starts with a safety check, then scheduled preventive maintenance. Before lunch you might chase down a hydraulic leak, swap out worn components, and weld a bracket back into spec. In the afternoon, you could be interpreting a mechanical schematic to rebuild a special-purpose machine, performing torch cutting for a quick fix, or pitching in on light carpentry for facility needs. You wrap up by documenting work, collaborating with teammates, and planning tomorrow’s PMs.
