    Description

    Join a team that keeps utility gear working

    What you’ll tackle

    • Diagnose, repair, and replace components across utility fleet platforms: boom trucks/cranes, bucket and dump trucks, digger derricks, and utility trucks.
    • Troubleshoot hydraulic fluid power and pneumatic systems; interpret electrical schematics/blueprints; perform welding when required.
    • Use Quick Serve, DTNA, and other diagnostic tools to validate faults and confirm repairs.
    • Execute DOT, ANSI, and Dielectric testing to maintain compliance.
    • Operate and inspect machinery to pinpoint defects; conduct initial inspections, diagnostics, and parts requisition.
    • Rebuild gearboxes, outriggers, and boom lift cylinders; calibrate with gauges and flow test equipment.
    • Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools; test products post-repair or assembly.
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
    • Document parts usage, services completed, labor hours; submit repair orders for approval.
    • Collaborate professionally, champion safety best practices, and attend monthly safety meetings.

    Schedule & compensation

    • Monday–Friday, dayshift with overtime and weekends as needed

    Minimum qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3+ years related experience
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Own tools and can meet schedules and deadlines
