Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our maintenance team. If you enjoy diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment in the field and want a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment in the field.
• Repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Complete work orders and document repairs.
• Operate a company service truck on our 310-acre facility.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience repairing heavy equipment in a shop or field environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CAT and/or Komatsu equipment preferred.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide your own basic hand tools.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays (typically until noon, only a few per year)
