Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic

HiFyve is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic in the construction equipment industry in Houston, TX!

Pay: $35-$40/hr

Shift: Full-time, day shift (8:00am–5:00pm)

Location: Houston, TX and surrounding areas (field-based role)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment diagnostics and repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of heavy-duty construction equipment
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout the Houston area
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in various weather conditions
