Job Overview 

Elite Parking Area Maintenance is looking for a skilled and dependable Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our commercial fleet and equipment operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a professional work ethic, and experience working on heavy equipment, trucks, hydraulics, and diesel engines. 

You must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety, diagnostics, instructions, and team communication. 

Responsibilities 

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy equipment and trucks 

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service 

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues 

• Complete repair logs and maintenance records accurately 

• Ensure all work is completed safely, properly, and in a timely manner 

• Operate equipment as needed to confirm repairs 

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, diesel mechanic, or truck mechanic 

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities 

• Ability to lift heavy components and work in varying conditions 

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines 

• Valid U.S. work authorization 

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English 

• Heavy equipment operation experience (preferred) 

• Welding or fabrication experience (a plus)
