Now hiring Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Location: Blytheville, AR
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license required
- Personal toolbox required
- Foreman or lead mechanic experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Job Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and service documentation
- Manage an assigned fleet, including maintenance scheduling, parts coordination, and repair documentation
- Utilize maintenance management systems to track repairs and work orders
- Communicate repair status, timelines, and recommendations with customers and internal teams
- Order and coordinate parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation
- Perform additional maintenance and repair duties as assigned

$6,000 sign-on bonus
$2,000 on first paycheck
$2,000 after 6 months
$2,000 after 12 months
