We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics across the Charlotte, NC region. Working with a large Paving and Construction outfitter, completing maintenance and repairs to Earth -Moving Machinery, Asphalt Pavers, Scrapers and Compactors. An opportunity to work with an experienced team of technicians, including ample overtime potential. <\/span><\/span>

Compensation:<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

$35.00 - $50.00/hour<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
$4.00/hour premium for Paving Technicians<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
$2.00/hour premium for Field Technicians<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Service Truck (Take Home)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>

Shift/Schedule:<\/span><\/span>

- Monday to Friday + OT<\/span><\/span><\/span>

- 7:30am Start Times, 8 -10/hour day<\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Mobile Dispatch/Windshield time for Field Technicians<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>
  Requirements:<\/span><\/span>
  <\/div>
  - 5+ Years Heavy Equipment Mechanic experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Comfortable with Hydraulics, Diagnostics, Electrical and Engine repairs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Previous CAT experience, and Paving Equipment a strong asset<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Own Tools, Valid Drivers License (CDL not needed)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Successful Candidates will be subject to background checks & screening<\/span><\/span>
