Pay: Depending on experience, you'll earn $50,000 - $80,000/year!

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC - FLEET TECHNICIAN

You'll be servicing fleet vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery, doing whatever it takes to get the equipment running smoothly and minimize downtime. You'll inspect vehicles and equipment, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform top-notch repairs and maintenance to fix whatever problems you find. As you work, you'll closely document your services and keep track of the parts you use. You'll perform preventative maintenance, efficiently coordinate with the operations team, and make sure to meet all company quality standards and safety protocols.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining fleet vehicles or heavy equipment
• Valid and current Class A or B CDL
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
