Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Differentials & Cylinders

Pay: $32.00–$40.00/hr, depending on experience
ETI is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our Loveland, CO yard. This role focuses on rebuilding differentials, hydraulic cylinders, and general repairs on construction and earthmoving equipment, plus tearing down machines in the yard.
What you’ll do
Rebuild differentials, final drives, and hydraulic cylinders.
Perform general repairs on loaders, excavators, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
Tear down machines in the yard for inspection, repair, and parts.
Line out helpers/junior techs, assign tasks, and keep work moving.
Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues and communicate job status.
What you bring
3+ years as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic (preferred).
Experience with drivetrain and hydraulic cylinder rebuilds.
Ability to direct helpers and maintain safety and quality standards.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
What we offer
