Vermeer All Roads in Manassas is hiring an Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain Vermeer construction equipment. Compensation & Schedule $25-40/hr based on experience,

Full Time Monday - Friday.

Production/efficiency bonuses available

Responsibilities

• Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic & electrical systems
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Recommend/document repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Maintain detailed & accurate service records
• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical support
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics & electrical trouble shooting
• Welding experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
