A reputable heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area is hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support and maintain construction equipment and diesel trucks.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and diesel trucks
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Work closely with operations to reduce equipment downtime
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment
Preferred Experience- Experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
- Background with construction equipment and on-road trucks
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Field or shop experience preferred
