Heavy Equipment Mechanic (A-Level Preferred)

We're looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join our team in Delta, Ohio. If you have experience repairing heavy off-road equipment and enjoy solving mechanical problems, we'd like to hear from you.

Compensation

• Up to $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Must be willing to work Days or Nights
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and industrial mobile equipment
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and suspension components
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Utilize computerized diagnostic software
• Perform welding, fabrication, and component repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Experience with Tier IV emissions systems preferred
• Ability to interpret schematics and service manuals
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
