Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other machinery.
• Load, move, and organize materials throughout the yard.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist with general yard duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous heavy equipment operating experience required.
• Experience with loaders, excavators, or similar equipment preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
