Heavy Equipment Operator | Clinton, PA

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for site development work in the Clinton, PA area. We’re looking for skilled operators who know how to move dirt, grade, excavate, and work safely and efficiently on active construction sites. Candidates with solid hands-on experience operating dozers, excavators, and backhoes are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Overtime:

• Up to $32.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
• Approximately 40–50 hours per week
• Weekly hours may vary based on weather and project conditions

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Approximately 40–50 hours per week
• Hours are weather dependent

Job Duties:

• Operate dozers, excavators, and backhoes for site development activities
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and general earthmoving work
• Safely maneuver equipment around active jobsites and other personnel
• Perform basic equipment inspections and identify operating concerns
• Follow site direction and established safety procedures
• Maintain safe and productive equipment operation throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Previous heavy equipment operating experience
• Demonstrated experience operating dozers, excavators, and backhoes
• Experience working in site development or similar construction environments
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and ground conditions
• Ability to work approximately 40–50 hours per week as conditions allow
• Must successfully pass required drug screening
