TradeWorX is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in the Pickerington, OH area. We are seeking operators skilled in dozer and/or excavator work with strong grading experience and familiarity with GPS-controlled equipment. This is a full-time opportunity with steady work and competitive pay.

Pay & Schedule
- Up to $30.00/hour based on experience and interview
- Monday–Friday, 50 hours/week
- Saturday used as a makeup day as needed
Job Duties
- Operate dozers and/or excavators for rough and fine grading
- Perform road building, trenching to grade, slope work, and material staging
- Use GPS machine controls for precision grading
- Read grade stakes, hand signals, and site markings to meet specifications
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years operating GPS-equipped dozer, excavator, or backhoe
- Experience with GPS/3D machine control systems
- Strong understanding of earthmoving and grading practices
- Ability to read civil drawings and blueprints (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and jobsite readiness
