Description
PRST is actively hiring for immediate placement, experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join a growing team supporting excavation and aggregate production operations. If you're safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable operating multiple types of heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Pay is based on experience and equipment proficiency.
Schedule
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime may be available
Work Locations
Operators will work between Davidsonville and Harwood, supporting operations at both sites as business needs require.
Equipment Experience Preferred
Applicants should have experience operating one or more of the following:
Front-End Loaders
Excavators
Bulldozers
Crushing Equipment
Other heavy earthmoving or aggregate production equipment
This is not a forklift position
Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy equipment in excavation and aggregate production environments
Load, move, and stockpile materials
Feed and operate crushing equipment
Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation work
Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
Work efficiently as part of a production-focused team
Previous experience operating heavy equipment in excavation, mining, quarry, or aggregate production
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to both work locations
Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
