We’re hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our pool construction team.
If you have skid steer and/or excavation experience, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Operate skid steers and other equipment for new pool construction
Excavate, trench, and grade residential job sites
Assist with plumbing installation for pool systems
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work as part of a team and independently to meet project deadlines
Experience with excavation and skid steer operation
Basic plumbing experience (pool plumbing a plus)
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Must be dependable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work
Prior construction experience
Ability to read dig sheet or willingness to learn
