TradeWorX is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in the Indiana, PA area. This role requires strong grading knowledge, GPS machine control experience, and the ability to perform precise earthmoving work on civil jobsites.

Pay & Schedule:
Up to $30.00/hour based on experience
Monday–Friday schedule
Typically 50 hours per week (weather dependent)
Responsibilities:
Operate dozers for rough and fine grading operations
Utilize GPS and 3D machine control systems for precision work
Perform road building, trenching, slope work, and material staging
Follow grade stakes, hand signals, and site markings
Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of GPS dozer/backhoe experience
Strong understanding of grading and earthmoving operations
3D GPS machine control experience required
Safeland (PEC) or OSHA 10 required
Ability to read civil drawings/blueprints preferred
Reliable transportation and strong safety mindset
