A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the flow/movement of parts, assemblies, and units around the facility.
Utilizing forklifts and cranes to transfer material in a safe and efficient manner.
Build the adequate dunnage for shipping out units and other materials to prevent damage during the shipping process.
Load and offload all material in the receiving department.
Requirements
Operate 5T-20T forklifts
Experience with overhead cranes (Top Runner) (5T-100T)
Rigging Experience
Proficient at operating basic tools/power tools. (Tape Measure, Hammer, Sledgehammer, Drills, Impact Drills, Impacts, Circular Saw, Jig Saw, Sawzall, Miter Saw, 4”-12” Angle Grinders, Die Grinders, and Chainsaws.)
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Familiarity of various material grades

Compensation: $25.50 - $27.25 hourly rate, DOE
