TradeWorX is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for long-term highway and roadway construction projects in the Mansfield, Ohio area. Mini Excavator experience is a huge plus. This position focuses on operating mini excavators for road building, repair, grading, trenching, and site preparation work. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in active construction environments.

Responsibilities
Operate mini excavators safely and efficiently
Assist with highway and roadway construction activities
Perform trenching, grading, digging, and material movement
Follow grade stakes and project specifications
Maintain safe operation around crews and utilities
Conduct daily equipment inspections
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred
Experience operating mini excavators required
Highway or roadway construction experience strongly preferred
Reliable transportation to the jobsite
Strong safety awareness and communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
