Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company''s operating safety policies and procedures
• Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner
• Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of trash and excess materials daily
• Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment
• Operate GPS-enabled dozers for digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks with precision
• Utilize GPS technology to achieve accurate positioning and excavation control
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions
• Collaborate with team members, including surveyors and supervisors, to ensure project efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to safety protocols at all times
