Sargent is searching for Heavy Equipment Operators in the New England area. If you have previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader, or grader to excavate, move, and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you.

In these roles, you will be traveling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure, including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects.
Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses, including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals - plus you will be home every weekend.
