HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Risbon Excavating, a small family-owned company serving South-Eastern, PA since 1984, is in need of an EXPERIENCED HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR to join their TEAM! They specialize in residential excavation and small commercial work in Delaware and Chester Counties. They work closely with builders and homeowners to achieve the desired outcome they expect.

Job Summary- This role is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently while supporting site development and excavation projects.

Job Description

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation work
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with:
• • Digging foundations
  • Fine grading around foundations
  • Digging sewer and water laterals
  • Working safety and accurately around structures and utilities.

• Prior hands-on-experience with operating:
• • Track Loaders
  • Dozers
  • Backhoes
  • Trackhoes/Excavators

Work Schedule/Project Locations

• Mon-Fri- 7:00 am – 3:30pm with an occasional Saturday.
