Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts 7: 00 AM 7: 00 PM/7: 00PM - 7: 00AM
4 days on / 4 days off, Schedule rotates forward one day each week
Transition from days to nights every 4 weeks
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Training: Start on day shift for initial training period
Schedule provided one year in advance

Position Overview:
We are hiring 3 dependable and safety-focused individuals to join the team. This role involves operating heavy equipment and supporting production in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment. Ideal candidates are consistent, reliable, and comfortable working rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and skid steers
Support production operations in a safe and efficient manner
Follow strict PPE and safety procedures
Work in high-heat environments
Maintain steady, consistent productivity throughout shifts

Qualifications:
Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or other heavy equipment preferred
Background in outdoor or physically demanding work (landscaping, roofing, construction, etc.) strongly preferred
Ability to work a rotating schedule (days/nights, weekends, holidays)
Comfortable working in hot environments and wearing required PPE
Dependable, steady, and consistent work style
Must pass a drug screen and background check (7-year lookback;case-by-case review)
