In this role, you'll operate Dozers, Excavators, Compactors, Trucks, and other heavy equipment while helping keep our transfer station running efficiently and safely.

⏰ 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM

? Saturdays as Needed

Pay $18 to $20

? What You'll Do

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the transfer station by:

✅ Operating Dozers, Excavators, Compactors, Trucks, and other heavy equipment

✅ Spreading and compacting waste using heavy equipment

✅ Spreading daily cover material using a Dozer

✅ Excavating and moving soil with an Excavator

✅ Hauling and transporting materials throughout the facility

✅ Performing equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks

✅ Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

✅ Following all company safety procedures and operating standards

✅ Supporting overall site operations and productivity

✅ What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience

✔ Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment

✔ Satisfactory driving record

✔ Strong commitment to safety

✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

✔ Ability to read, write, and complete daily reports and assignments

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Equipment Experience Preferred

? Work Environment

This is a hands-on, outdoor position where you'll be working around heavy equipment and active operations.

You should be comfortable:

+ Working in the Florida heat

+ Operating equipment for extended periods

+ Working around moving vehicles and machinery

+ Maintaining a strong focus on safety throughout the workday
