Job Description:

Pro-Site Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a tractor with a dirt pan on civil construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in grading, earthmoving, and site preparation, with a strong understanding of operating tractors in a construction setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a tractor with a dirt pan safely and efficiently in a civil construction environment.

Perform daily fueling, greasing, and fluid checks to ensure proper preventative maintenance of the tractor.

Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections to identify any mechanical issues and report them as needed.

Perform physical labor as required to clean and maintain the tractor’s exterior, including removing dirt and debris at the end of each shift.

Follow all safety guidelines and site regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Assist with general site tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

Experience operating a tractor in a civil construction environment (minimum 1 year preferred).

Knowledge of earthmoving techniques and safe operating procedures.

Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including greasing, fueling, and checking fluid levels.

Willingness to perform physical labor, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.

Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
