• Shift: 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Some Saturdays, occasional early hours 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

Pay & Benefits

• Structured hourly progression:
  • Start: $29.67/hr
  • After 1 year: $30.56/hr
  • After 2 years: $36.75/hr

Core Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel-powered heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, plus facility-related issues
• Identify root causes and implement lasting fixes
• Conduct preventive maintenance services
• Assemble and install machinery and equipment
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Create and maintain detailed service records
• Support building maintenance and shop upkeep
• Perform welding and burning for repairs (required)

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven welding experience
• Experience with diesel engines, trucks, or heavy equipment
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
