Start your new career as an Industrial Forklift Operator (Heavy Equipment) with MAU at T2Earth in Appling, GA. As an Industrial Forklift Operator, you will safely operate a 30,000 lb forklift to support material handling, production flow, and warehouse operations in a sustainability-focused manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (30,000 lb capacity or larger)
  • Strong understanding of forklift safety standards and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proactive problem-solving
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience in industrial or sustainability-focused environments preferred

What You'll Do as an Industrial Forklift Operator:
  • Operate a 30,000 lb "Big Red" forklift to transport heavy materials and equipment
  • Load, unload, and move materials safely to designated locations
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain efficient material flow
  • Organize and store materials in the yard and warehouse
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
