Heavy Haul Customer Service Representative
The Heavy Haul Customer Service Representative plays a key role in growing our heavy haul-focused business. In this role, you'll combine sales savvy with top-notch customer service to build relationships, win new business, and keep freight moving.

What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue by proactively selling ATS Heavy Haul services to new, existing, and inactive customers through calls, emails, and relationship-building
- Manage the full load lifecyclequote, negotiate rates/terms, enter orders, and ensure accurate load details in LME
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and operations, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution from pickup through delivery
- Identify and qualify new opportunities by aligning customer needs with ATS capabilities and expanding business within the crane segment
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Credit) to solve problems, secure approvals, and deliver a seamless customer experience
Skillset for Success:
- 12 years of experience in sales, logistics, or heavy haul, with a strong ability to build relationships and close business
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology and tools, including Microsoft Office and load management systems, plus basic understanding of routes, maps, and load specs
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset, creative thinking, and a high level of professionalism and integrity
Compensation & Benefits:
- The position has a total cash compensation range of $57,000 to $90,000.00 which includes theposition-specific, performance-basedincentive; base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $67,000 annually. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
