  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in heavy industrial assembly or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in assembly work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
