Hours: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Days: Monday Thursday (Overtime on Friday/Saturday as needed)
Pay: $16.25/hr (Temp-to-Hire increases when hired in)
Short Description
We are hiring General Laborers for a night shift position supporting metal processing and production operations. This role requires heavy lifting, working with steel materials, and maintaining safety standards in an industrial environment.
Requirements
Heavy manual labor experience required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
Ability to lift material above shoulder height
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Forklift experience preferred
Stable work history and strong attendance
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements
This position requires extended standing, walking approximately 2.5+ miles per shift, bending, twisting, stooping, lifting, and repetitive motion with or without reasonable accommodation.
